Yingde Gas Group was established in Zhuzhou, Hunan

In the same year, Yingde Gas built its first air separation plant in Loudi, Hunan.

Yingde Gas produced the first set of air separation and Hunan Yingde put 16,300 Nm3/h air separation into production

Entering the eastern part of China, Jiangsu Yingde put 16,300 Nm3/H air separation into production, giving supporting service to Huai Steel and Special Steel Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Shagang Group, which is in the special steel section in Shagang Group.

Entering the southern part of China, Zhuhai Yingde put 16,300 Nm3/h air separation into production, giving supporting service to Zhuhai Yueyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

Entering the northwestern part of China, Shaanxi Yingde put 25,000 Nm3/H air separation into production, giving supporting service to Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group.

Entering the Northern part of China, Tianjin Yingde put 20,000 Nm3/H air separation into production. This is Yingde Gas’ first set of air separation of 20,000 Nm3/H. And the company gave supporting service to Tianjin Steel Tube Group.

Hebei Yingde was established, giving supporting service to the largest iron and steel enterprise in Shijiazhuang-Hebei Jingye Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.

The second phase of Rizhao Yingde which put 40,000Nm3/H air separation into production. This was the first set of 40,000Nm3/H air separation of Yingde Gas;

The first phase of Rizhao Yingde which put 20,000 Nm3/H air separation into production and gave supporting service to the Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, the youngest 10-million-ton Iron and Steel Complex in China.

Yingde Gas’s first set of air separation that gave supporting service to coal chemical industry (Guizhui Tianfu Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd) was put into production. The capacity was 52,000Nm3/H.

Yingde Gas realized the first 500,000-ton capacity (oxygen)

The third phase of Rizhao Yingde which put 60,000 Nm?/H air separation into production. This is the first set of 60,000 Nm?/H air separation of Yingde Gas.

The company was listed in Hongkong Stock Exchange with the name as Yingde Gas. The stock code is HK02168.

SAI released its statistic report of 2010: the on-the-spot device of Yingde Gas hit 1,55 million Nm3/H (oxygen), and Yingde Gas’s market share of gas ranked first in China.

The first plant producing synthesis gas from coal-Anyang Yingde Gas Co., Ltd. was established. And the capacity of synthesis gas hit 156,000 Nm3/H at that time. (the current capacity is 170,000  Nm3/H)

Yingde Gases Group ranked as the constituent stock in Hang Sheng Composite Index

Yingde Gas successfully acquired 4 sets of 60,000Nm3/H air separation of Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and established Baotou Yingde Gas Co., Ltd. The smooth operation in 2010 signified that Yingde Gas became a world class gas company.

The sole engineering service company of Yingde Gas Group-Zhejiang Zhihai Chemical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. was started to be built in the Deqing Linhang industrial zone in Leidian town, Deqing county, Huzhou, Zhejiang.

The company’s stock was listed as the constituent stock in MSCI Chinese Index in November 2011.

The first special gas company, Zhangjiagang Yingdi Special Gas Co., Ltd. was established.

The first school-enterprise cooperation organization-Beijing Yingde Qingda Technological Co., Ltd was established; in the same year, the patent gasifier of Yingde-Tshinghua furnace was put into production;

Yingkou Yingde Gas Co., Ltd. was established, giving supporting service to Minmetals Yingkou Zhongban Co., Ltd.

Zhangjiagang Yingding Gas Co., Ltd. was established, giving supporting service to Jiangsu Shagang Group

Yingde Gas realized the first one-million capacity in scale. Nearly 42 sets of gas equipment were put into production. The oxygen capacity is 1.05 million Nm3/h; the nitrogen capacity is 1. 5 million Nm3/h; and the argon capacity is 300,000.0 Nm3/h.

Yingde Gas’s capacity exceeded 2 million Nm3/H (oxygen)

Jiujiang Petrochemical Industry Yingde Gas Co.. Ltd. (joint venture) was established, giving supporting service to China Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd’s Jiujiang subsidiary.

Holded the intermediate handover ceremony for the air separation equipment of the Yuheng Coal Chemical Industry Project of Zhongmei Shaanxi Company. This was the first company that Yingde Gas provided operation management service

By December 31, 2013, the group made a further step to become the largest independent supplier of industrial gas in terms of total revenue.

SAI’s report of 2015 pointed out that Yingde Gas’s market share was 38.9% in 2015 as the largest independent supplier of on-the-spot industrial gas in China at that time.

According to the list of Hong Kong stocks through released on November 25, 2016 for implementing the interconnection initiative between Shenzhen’s and Hong Kong’s stock markets (Shenzhen-Hong Kong stock connect) by the Shenzhen stock exchange, Yingde Gas was qualified for trading Hong Kong stocks through.

Zhejiang Zhihao Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yingde Gas acquired national high-tech enterprise accreditation.

Yingde Gas Group signed a strategic industry-university-cooperation agreement with Xi’an Jiaotong University to establish employment practice base and prepare to build “Yingde-Xi’an Jiaotong University joint research institute”collectively so as to promote the coordination and innovation for “integration of production, learning, research and application”.

Oxygen, nitrogen and argon products that were qualified for delivery were officially produced by the first set of independently produced 60000Nm?/h air separation equipment with distillation equipment as its main part and the overall process for designing, manufacturing and packaging the distillation equipment was under engineering management. The products realized the design capacity.

NovaAir, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yingde Gases - the largest industrial gas supplier in China - has formally commenced operations in India. Established in November 2019, NovaAir is headquartered in Mumbai, with additional offices in Bangalore and Delhi. 

Yingde Gases Group updated the 5-year strategy. In the next 5 years, around $2.9 billion of investment will go to air seperation business, syngas section, merchant market and hydrogen. Shandong Iron and Steel Phase I Step Two 60000Nm3/h air separation was successfully debugged oxygen.

From April 24 to September 29, 2020, Jingmen Yingde "Tsinghua Furnace" operated continuously, stably and under high load for 159 days, and was still in stable operation. 

Yingde Gases will build a 60,000 Nm3/h air seperation unit for Hubei Jinshenglan Group. Previously, Yingde Gases has built and operated 3 air sepeartion units. The new unit will satisfy the growting demand of gas of Jinshenglan, and enhance Yingde Gases' productivity and storage of gas in the neighboring area.
